A mentor of mine once said, “well conducted conflict is creative.”
Mediation is a tool for improving how we communicate with one another, a forum for learning how to negotiate and an opportunity to learn new skills for mending the discourse that leads to conflict.
Available to couples, families and community groups, I facilitate sessions through a process of clearing the air, analyzing core problems, negotiating differences, and making plans for implementing agreed-upon changes.
COLLABORATION & PLANNING
Sometimes the presence of a skilled facilitator is exactly what a group needs to think, plan and innovate more effectively.
With nearly 15 years of experience leading groups across non-profit and educational settings, I offer the neutrality, perspective, calm and skill your group is looking for to both create sustainable decisions and learn how to work together.
